  • QuickBooks Online: For billing integration and invoice management (account holders only).

These services have their own privacy policies. Audio and text data may be processed by these providers as necessary to deliver the Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain data according to the following practices:

  • Transcripts: By default, automatically deleted 8 hours after the last meeting activity (configurable by hosts). Can be manually deleted at any time.
  • Account data: Retained while the account is active and as required for legal or business purposes.
  • Billing records: Retained as required for accounting and legal compliance.
  • Audio streams: Processed in real-time only; not stored after transcription.

6. Data Security

We implement security measures to protect your information:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS/WSS) for all data transmission
  • Security codes for meeting access control
  • Encrypted password storage
  • Session-based authentication

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

For meeting hosts: You can delete transcripts at any time through the host interface settings.
